THE SPACE - BASILDON
This project comprises of 20nr new build flats over 3 cores for private sale. This is a project for a main contractor that we have worked alongside for a number of years. Services on this job include containment, mains installs, LV wiring, IRS, Access Control, CCTV, street lighting and ventilation.
ALEXANDRA ROAD AND WEST CLOSE - BARNET
This project has been split into two separate phases and is made up of 8nr new build 2bed houses for Barnet Council. The installation is made up of all LV wiring, ventilation and street lighting.
HANOVER SQUARE - LONDON
LSMEPS were brought onto this project to install a fully functioning temporary set of offices and welfare areas. Our scope included all electrical and mechanical works required for this large MACE site to operate. The next phase of works will be looking to commence later this year.
STONE LAKES - HALSTEAD
Stone Lakes is a private single new build property with an extremely high end specification. Some elements of the install include containment, LV wiring, ELV wiring, Air Conditioning, Solar, Tesla power storage, Air source heat pumps etc etc. LSMEPS have taken all M&E services at this project. Stone Lakes will also be part of Grand Designs new series!
